- This website collects and stores personal information in order to complete event registration as defined in the GCR sections 3.7 and 3.8
- When you create an account we ask for information such as your name, address, city, state, zip, etc. This information is stored in a relational database on a secure server hosted by Superb.net. Please read the security information from Superb.net
- This website does not monitor where the the request comes from, i.e. your IP address, and only uses a in-memory cookie to provide the pages with your UserID
- This website does not use any other types of information gathering about you or your workstation
Information Sharing and Disclosure
- This website does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you whatsoever.
- In the case of credit card transactions, this website will transfer information about you, via
secure SSL pages, to Verisign in order to process the credit card transaction. Your information is not stored or used by Verisign in any way.
Confidentiality, Reliability and Security
- This website uses non-secure pages unless the user is attempting to pay for an event with a credit card. In such case, SSL is used through the transaction which ultimately occurs on a secure Verisign Server.

- The servers maintained be Superb are extremely reliable and secure which means your data stored by the registration system is secure and private. Please read the Superb.net security document for more information.
